"so ohmigod!" rachel squealed. "i absolutely love this car! the upholstery is so gorg-"
"rach, sweetie," lauren started. "just be quiet for like--"
"forever." i murmured but lauren slapped me in the arm for that answer.
"watch it lauren! i'm driving, we could die if i swerve off this road." i threatened.
"really?" lauren asked. "because i thought if we got into a terrible accident we could walk off without any cuts or bruises."
"ohmigod lauren," rachel sighed. "you just can't be all mean to jesse when he's like, driving us to school."
once again, how can you talk like you live in the valley when you live in a small coastal town of new jersey?
"thanks rachel." i nodded.
"no problem." she smiled then lightly brushed my arm.
rachel is fifteen like lauren and just as annoying. athough, she's pretty but her personality turns you off. she has a milky complexion, shoulder-length brown hair, bulging blue eyes that make her seem like an angel, thin lips, a mole on her right cheek, and slender.
i pulled into my assigned parking space and unlocked the doors.
"alright. get out." i joked.
"haha. you're a riot." lauren said robotically then opened her doors and stepped out. "come on rach."
"thanks jess. love your car!"
"me too." i smiled while turning back to look at her. "that's why it's mine."
she smiled then walked out. i got out, grabbed my bag and stepped out then locked the doors.
"you running a male escourt drive you to school service?" gabriel asked while folding his arms across his chest.
gabriel and randy were standing infront of my parking space. i didn't see them until i got out of the car.
"you driving that rachel or whatever chick too?" gabriel asked. "doesn't she have a thing for you?"
"yeah." i sighed. "it's whatever."
"who can blame her?" randy asked. "you're hot jess!"
we all laughed.
gabriel is wearing a black north face fleece with a maroon shirt underneath, a bottle cap necklace, blue jeans, and black vans. randy is wearing an orange hoodie, black cargo pants, and white nikes.
"rachel likes you guys too." i nodded while pointing at them.
i walked up to randy and we did our handshake.
"really?" gabriel asked with raised eyebrows. "so i could get her in the sack?"
"you can get her in the sack." i nodded then bumped his fist.
we all started walking towards the east quad.
"tomorrow is halloween!" gabriel exclaimed while clapping his hands. "i cannot wait!"
"for the candy?"
"no. for the girls in their itsy-bitsy costumes." he smirked evily. "so what are we going to do?"
"hang at my house then tee-pee houses?" randy asked.
"it's a plan." gabriel nodded.
i nodded too until i remembered the halloween party at deb's.
"oh wait." i sighed.
"oh wait what?" gabriel asked.
"i got invited to--"
"deb's party." randy and gabriel finished in unison.
"well...yeah."
i felt a bit bad that they weren't invited.
"but if you don't want me--"
"go and have fun." gabriel sighed. "we'll probably crash it anyways."
he and randy bumped fist.
"oh. so lets meet at my house then go out and raise hell." randy nodded. "we can hit my neighborhood first."
"score!" we all exclaimed in somewhat unison then did a three-way fist bump.
the bell rang.
"beat ya guys to the building." i laughed while sprinting towards the school.
"come back here!" they yelled in my pursuit.
i beat them in the school but i had to go through security check because i wasn't wearing my i.d. when we were walking down the hall gabriel five-stared me in the back.
"ooow!" i yelped.
"that's what you get for being so fast." randy laughed with a pant.
"i hate you both." i sighed.
the two stopped at the water fountain while i said i was going to my locker and i would be back. when i got to my locker, dorothy was standing next to mine. she did that when we were dating then i would walk her to her first class.
dorothy gibbins has a peach skin tone, shoulder length strawberry blonde hair, light green eyes that has bits of yellow in them, thin lips, freckles, slender, at least five foot ten, a toned body from playing soccer, and pretty. she's wearing a purple turtleneck, a brown mini-skirt even though is cold out, black pumps, and her hair was in a neat ponytail.
i became confused. "uhnmhn...d--...hey dorothy..why--i mean. what are you doing here?"
"i....uhnmh..." she stopped and pushed a loose hair back. "i heard that you..you are helping with the tree-planting project around school tomorrow morning?"
"yeah. i was forced to." i nodded while adjusting my strap on my shoulder.
"oh." she nodded then looked down at her hands. "well...either way...i'm the president of that organization and i was surprised to hear that you volunteered--"
"i was forced to." i reminded her again.
"right. sorry." she said then looked at the ground. "you just have to sign this," then she rummaged through her backpack and took out a folded piece of paper. "here."
she handed it to me and i nodded when i read it over. it was just a list of names.
"you have a pen?" i asked.
she rummaged through her bag and pulled out a pen i bought for her. it was a gold pen that had her name inscribed on it with a heart next to it. truth be told, my dad bought it for karen but the guy screwed up the order and gave him one that said 'dorothy' so he gave it to me to give to dorothy. so more or less, it was a gift from my dad.
she blushed when she pulled it out.
"yeah..umhnh...here." she stumbled then handed me the pen.
"thanks." i smiled then put the piece of paper against the locker and signed it.
"please don't smile at me." she sighed heavily. "please."
i nodded slowly, wondering what the hell was wrong with me smiling. so i handed her the piece of paper and pen.
"thank you." she nodded then walked off.
i watched her leave then shook it off and opened up my locker. then took out my books and closed it again then walked back towards randy's locker on the first floor.
thanks for the comments! i love 'em!
